Once you selected your register and key definition in the Workstation config, go to your cash register.

To create a reservation click Create Reservation on the tee time reservations box.

That will open up the reservation screen. Here you can hold the tee time for the waitlist or create the reservation.

It will automatically appear with a reservation for 1. If you would like to add more than one, click the add new reservation button below the waitlist checkbox. You can then fill it out for each player.

If you click add new reservation for a new player, that will create the reservation per Patron, if you wish to keep them under 1 name and all players are in one group, you can add the number of players to Reservation 1, and that will add the additional players as guests.

You are also able to require a credit card to hold the reservation on this screen.

On the right side, select the player, and that will allow you to look up the Patron so you can attach it to their account.

A tee time must be attached to at least 1 player, if you add them as guests, the guests do not need to be selected.

Once you have selected the players, click the Add to Cart button on the right to add the charge of a player to the cart. You can add as many of those to the cart at once for the Patron to pay, but if they are paying individually, select one, complete the transaction, then double click back into the tee time and add the next to the cart.

After the fee is paid that will show when you edit the tee time, a player who has not paid will show Add to Cart still.
