Transaction Missing on the Processor Side

This document will go over what to do when a transaction is showing in Sportsman but never went through on the processor's side. Because sportsman is showing a transaction that did not really happen, the only way to fix it is to refund the transaction in the original till. In the next few steps we will outline this process and give you tips on the best way to handle these types of situations.

***NOTE*** This will not void the transaction but it will leave a financial trail.

To begin click on Tools>Reconcile Till, then highlight the till the original transaction is in and click [Reconcile Till], then the [Edit Till] button.
