Creating Standard Waivers
Navigate to your "Site Configuration" settings. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of Sportsman, on the left navigation menu, click [Site Configuration], then select the [Waivers] tab.
You should now see a tab for "Activity", 'Memberships", "Facility Reservations", Time Slot Reservations", and "Rentals".
The "Waiver Text" field that appears when selecting each tab is your "Standard Waiver".
The "Standard Waiver" will be used by default unless you use a "Custom Waiver" on the individual Activities, Memberships, Facilities, etc.
Creating Custom Waivers
To create a custom waiver, you must "Select Waiver" when defining your individual Activities, Memberships, Facilities, etc., and check the "Customer Waiver Text" checkbox.
This will open a "Waiver Text" field for you to enter the customer waiver you'd like to use.
Click [OK] on all screens to save your changes.
