Sportsman Web offers a fully functional sandbox environment that leverages your existing data.
The sandbox is created and updated using backups of your production database. A new backup can be uploaded to the sandbox upon request; this would overwrite the sandbox with the newer copy of your database. Any data in the sandbox will be replaced if a new backup is used to update it.
What does this mean for you?
The security permissions and login credentials for each user will be copied over to the sandbox as long as they are entered in Sportsman before your backup is generated.
Once you log into the sandbox, you can:
Register patrons for programs and reserve facilities in Sportsman
Process transactions in the cash register
Connect to your sandbox website and learn how your patrons register and pay for things online
Reconcile Tills
Process refunds
and more
