Add the abbreviation and descriptions of the punch pass, then click on the type and pricing tab.

Under the 'Pricing and availability settings', you will need to determine how many people can be under this pass. You can set it up as 1 person pass, but allow them to add an additional person for a discounted fee, or strictly make it a one-person pass. In this section, you can also limit this pass to residents only and prevent them from getting membership pricing inside an activity.

Next, you will need to define the membership type. In this case, you will choose 'Punch Pass'. Here you will add the number of punches, the months it is good for, the resident pricing, and non-resident pricing. If you choose to allow them to add an additional person you will need to enter the price as well.

If this is a pass for a personal trainer you can check the box and add in the minutes per session.

Once you have added all of the fields that apply, go to the Admissions tab. Here you will need to add in the privilege for this pass. If you do not see the correct option in your drop-down you can add a new one. The Privilege is what gives the patron a specific permission entrance, without it they will not be allowed in.

Lastly, if you choose to put the pass online you will need to do so in the Internet Settings tab. Simply click the show on internet options and select all the options that apply. You can also add a note for your patron in case there is something special they need to know about that pass.
