Managing Failed Automated Payments

  • The failed automated payments screen was built in order to have a place to manage all the automated payments that fail for various reasons

  • These reasons can be due to insufficient funds, expired cards, etc.

  • If a payment is on this screen the customer has already received a notification letting them know that a payment failed to go through

  • Hopefully, the customer responds to the notification, clicks the link to update their card on file, and pays off the balance to get their memberships back in good standing

  • If they do follow those steps they will be removed from the failed payments list, and go back into the billing queue for next month
