Managing Failed Automated Payments
The failed automated payments screen was built in order to have a place to manage all the automated payments that fail for various reasons
These reasons can be due to insufficient funds, expired cards, etc.
If a payment is on this screen the customer has already received a notification letting them know that a payment failed to go through
Hopefully, the customer responds to the notification, clicks the link to update their card on file, and pays off the balance to get their memberships back in good standing
If they do follow those steps they will be removed from the failed payments list, and go back into the billing queue for next month
