Navigation and Facility Tree
To create or edit a facility, click [Define] on the top left corner of Sportsman, then in the column on the far left, select [Facilities and Parks], located towards the top of your navigation menu.
The blank space you see highlighted in the screenshot is your "Facility Tree"
Directly to the right of your facility tree is a list of buttons that you can use to help you create and edit your facilities and manage your facility tree.
Button Functions
[+ Add Top Level Facility/Park]
This is the main building or location underneath which you will be adding your "Sub Level Facilities"
Example: If I have several racquetball courts, the "top level facility" might be "Racquetball Courts" and underneath that facility, I would add Court 1, Court 2, Court 3, etc. as "Sub Level Facilities" using the [+ Add New Under Selected Item] button.
[+ Add New Under Selected Item]
This button will add "Sub Level Facilities" to your facility tree.
Click on the top-level facility where you'll be adding your new sub-level facility(s).
This will highlight the facility gray. You can then click the [+ Add New Under Selected Item] button to start creating your sub-level facility.
[Edit Selected]
If you have already created a facility, you can left-click the facility to highlight it and click [Edit Selected] to open the facility options to edit. Double-clicking a facility will also open the facility to allow editing.
[Move Selected]
This button is used to move top-level and sub-level facilities to a different position in your facility tree
[Delete]
After clicking to highlight a facility, you can [Delete] the facility as long as no transactions are tied to that facility.
If there are transactions tied to the facility, while editing, you can mark the facility as "Inactive" using the inactive checkbox in the bottom left corner of the facility editor.
[Print]
Clicking the [Print] button will redirect you to a report "Facility/Park Hierarchy Tree" where you can print your facility tree after running the report.
[Get Activity Reg Link]
Each facility has a unique link to your facility listing on Activity Reg. Clicking the [Get Activity Reg Link] will display the link.
You can copy the link to your computer's clipboard by clicking the paper icon to the left of the link.
