Attendance Setup

The attendance module offers the ability for you to check participants in and out with ease. This guide will walk you through how to set up your attendance for classes, day camps, and daycare.

This guide will go over:

  • Configuring Activities

  • Taking Attendance

  • Childcare Check In/Out

To begin you need to enable the attendance Tab inside the site configuration section of the system. The video will walk you through the steps that are outlined below.

First click on the gear in the upper right, then click the site configuration option on the left side menu bar. Next click on the attendance tab, from here you will check the box to enable the attendance tracker. You will also want to check the 'Add An admittance Record for Class Attendance'

***Note*** If you are going to require pictures for childcare In/out you need to select the box in the far right before you click ok to save. Check
